It is a practical way to document safety and help protect the environment by reducing the amount of paper forms required onsite. Can t understand your site supervisor s handwriting? Bonus Photo Report While not strictly a safety form this was included after evaluating feedback during our research and development. The photo report can be used as a weekly report or to photo document an activity such as a concrete pour or critical activity such as waterproofing.
